Cancellation Policy
We provide specialty services and usually have limited availability. Missed appointments have a significant impact on my business and prevent other clients who need my services to miss opportunities. Ig you are 15 or more late your appointment will be canceled. Deposits will be retained when an appointment is missed as no-call, no show or canceled due to being 15 minutes or more late. Revisions to policy are at the sole discretion of the technician.
