APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT POLICY
We serve clients by appointment only.
We have been experiencing an increased number of last minute cancellations and no-shows resulting in large gaps in our daily schedule. These gaps have become a problem for us because it makes it difficult for our providers and staff to use their time effectively and efficiently. Therefore, to reduce these late cancellations and no-shows, we find it necessary to require a $15 per person appointment deposit to reserve and confirm your first appointment with The Nail Industry. Payment options are in-person, Zelle, Paypal, or Cash App
Your deposit will be credited towards your visit and you will be asked to pay the difference upon checkout. This deposit may also be applied as a cancelation / no show fee if an appointment is not rescheduled or cancelled according to our policy.
If you need to cancel your appointment and it is done according to our cancellation policy your deposit will be refunded to you
CANCELATION / RE-SCHEDULE / NO-SHOW POLICY
Your appointment is very important to The Nail Industry. It is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
When you forget to cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, it has a significant impact on our business and that of our technicians.
No-show, cancelation with less than 24 hour notice or rescheduling a same day appointment will result in your $15 appointment deposit becoming non-refundable and applied as a cancellation / no show fee. New appointments will require another deposit.
Cancelations or reschedules by phone or in-person only. Cancel or reschedule at 702-844-4661 Voice messages are accepted.
PRE-PAID VOUCHER OR GIFT CARD
Appointments reserved for pre-paid services with vouchers or gift card will not require a cash deposit, but the voucher number will be required and "redeemed" if client does not cancel according to our policy or is a no-show.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience our new policy may cause you. Unfortunately, it is needed so we can continue to provide you with the highest quality of service and care that you expect from The Nail Industry.
We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients who arrive late will forfeit their deposit if the appointment is rescheduled and may have to receive an abbreviated service.
RE-DO SERVICE POLICY
We strive to satisfy every client, every time. Even with our best efforts, we know that this is not always possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please contact Valencia at (702) 858-4398 within two (2) days from the date of the original service date, make known your concerns and re-schedule a complimentary appointment for a re-do.
Any re-do request made after two (2) days from the original service date will be under the discretion of management approval. The re-do policy doesn’t cover a change in the service type. Full service price applies after two (2) days.
Each nail technican is an independent contractor operating ther own business. Therefore, pricing, processes and products may differ. We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although, we make every effort to keep our website and other postings updated, they may on occasson not reflect the most current services or prices. Please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
OTHER TIPS FOR YOUR VISIT
Please note that each nail technician is a owner/operator and works as an independent contractor. Therefore, prices, products and processes may differ.
Due to the nature of our service model and for their safety, we request that children not accompany clients to their appointments.
Gratuity is not included in prices. It is at your discretion and is graciously accepted and appreciated. Our technicians prefer cash tips.
Please respect the right to a quiet atmosphere for all guests. We ask that you refrain from talking loudly.
We are not an express shop and incorporate unhurried processes into our services for the most natural, healthiest and best results. Please reserve time in your day so we can render services appropriately.
